Celebrating Three Years of Gobu Associates!

Gobu Associates enters its third year with continued growth, a new headquarters, and a team of people stronger than ever.

Gobu’s origin story and name, inspired by founder Maurice “Mo” Toueg’s late father, reflects the way Mo conducts his business: with all the generosity, patience, and good will of a person who puts family first. The obvious secret ingredient to Gobu Associate’s success, outside of the relational skills built up from Mo’s 20+ years in the industry before launching his own business, is the support that team members receive working with Mo. The guidance and mentorship translates into the very DNA of Gobu Associates, with a team structure built on a foundation of that support.  

Inherent to the leadership that has made Gobu a success is the environment Mo and the team have fostered. The people at Gobu sincerely feel connected as a part of a cohesive team. Mo models an openness to his colleagues and clients that feels radical, but really, like everything else he does, proves only to be ahead of the curve. The corporate world is now catching up to what Mo has known and lived all along: that people work better when they don’t feel like they have to hide who they are.
